Customer service attitude and problem-solving focus Okip Private Security Company Requires: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of structured cabling for internal and external plant installations. * Experience working at heights, at least 10 meters. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment: o L2 switches o IP telephony o Microwave links o Fiber optics o Access control systems o CCTV (verifiable experience) o Analytics through video surveillance systems * Troubleshooting network equipment failures * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel * Organization and planning skills * Customer service attitude * Problem-solving focus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for generating executive reports * Valid driver’s license * Certification from any market-leading camera vendor is desirable Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: $22,500.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
