Ongoing training and personal skill development. **Position Objective** Promote our products on the sales floor, deliver attentive and excellent service exceeding our customers' expectations. **Main Responsibilities** * Update pricing and promotions for our products. * Maintain cleanliness and display of motorcycles. * Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on products and current promotions. * Prepare quotations and invite customers to purchase on credit. * Maximize motorcycle sales. * Seek new customers outside the point of sale (events and promotions). * Update the daily customer prospecting report. **Ideal Candidate Profile** **Experience: 1 year in sales and customer service.** **Skills:** Customer service, sales, customer prospecting, negotiation techniques, effective communication, identification of customer needs, persuasive ability, empathy, and teamwork. **Value Proposition** * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: Schedule from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.
