We value the employee experience and promote holistic well-being, because we know the best ideas emerge from happy, committed, and authentic teams. **Your Impact in This Role** * Conduct internal process and product audits to ensure compliance with standards. * Authorize product release at various stages of the manufacturing process and/or shipment. * Apply visual defect acceptance criteria appropriately. * Perform random sampling to verify product quality and detect potential issues. * Record inspection results on physical or digital forms. * Inspect and release warranty, incident, or return materials. * Actively participate in executing 8D processes arising from external and internal complaints. * Identify and report non-conformities, deviations, or manufacturing defects. * Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the production area. **Requirements** * Industrial Technician, Engineer, or TSU (Technical Superior University) graduate. * Proficiency in using measurement equipment. * Proficiency in electronic systems and/or software. * Experience in inspection and release functions for materials and finished products. **What We Offer** * Financial support. * Internship completion assistance. * Excellent work environment and close leadership. **Be Part of Something Bigger** At Optronics, we believe talent flourishes when inspired.
