Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide customer service and consultation, promote visual health services, close sales, and participate in corporate events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warm and professional customer service at point of sale 2. Generation of new business contacts and sales closure 3. Participation in corporate events and health fairs Salary: $16,000 \- $20,000 monthly \+ opportunity to earn commissions on projects \+ statutory benefits On-site schedule (with participation in corporate events): Mon\-Fri 10 am \- 7:30 pm with one-hour lunch break, and Saturdays 10 am \- 3 pm Location: Col. Cimatario, Querétaro Age range: 25 \- 35 years Excellent personal presentation Position Mission * Provide warm and professional customer service at point of sale. * Convert prospects into customers through consultation and follow-up. * Promote visual health services and close sales. * Generate new business contacts at events and networking activities. Requirements * Technical or bachelor’s degree (degree certification not mandatory). * Experience in sales and customer service. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude. * Administrative organization and follow-up capability. Main Responsibilities * Customer service and consultation at counter. * Promotion of eye examinations and optical products. * Sales closure and order follow-up. * Invoicing, collections, and basic administrative control. * Participation in corporate events and health fairs. * Business prospecting and scheduling of commercial appointments.
