We are seeking **CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATORS** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field. * Resident support experience. * Preferably experience in WARRANTY SERVICE (condominiums). * Zakia area. * Must have personal vehicle. **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. * Follow-up on requests from residents and/or construction companies. * Coordination and supervision with suppliers. * Supervision of services within condominiums. * Knowledge of the Urban Code of the State of Querétaro. * Support the collections department. **COMPETENCIES:** * Innovation * Leadership * Results-oriented **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:** * Starting salary: $12,000.00 * Work tools: Laptop, mobile phone * Ongoing training * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
