




Position Summary: ADCOM seeks a Condominium Administrator to identify needs, follow up on requests, supervise vendors and services, and support collections—with a focus on improving people's quality of life. We are seeking a **CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATOR** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field. * Experience in resident assistance. * Prior experience in WARRANTY SUPPORT (condominiums) preferred. * Personal vehicle required. * Position available for the SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE (ZIRANDARO) area. **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify client needs to offer appropriate solutions. * Follow up on requests from residents and/or construction companies. * Monitor and supervise vendors. * Supervise services provided within condominiums. * Support the collections department. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Innovation * Leadership * Results orientation **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS** * Starting salary: $12,000\.00 * Work tools: Laptop, mobile phone * Ongoing training * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
