




**Objectives:** Manage all financial and operational information of private housing developments to ensure that information is always available and up-to-date, thereby achieving high community participation and full satisfaction of the governing boards. **Activities:** Administrative activities for private housing developments. Finance, Customer Service, and Supplier Management. Handling and follow-up of complaints. Processing online, telephone, and in-person reports. Monitoring and management of outstanding payments. Tracking and handling of supplier incidents. Administration of access control systems. **Required Profile:** Degree in Administration or related field. Service-oriented attitude, commitment, organization, honesty, and proactivity. Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities. **Excel proficiency required.** Net salary: $12,000.
