**Quepharma is looking for a Payroll and Treasury Analyst!** **Location:** Querétaro, Qro. **Department:** Administration / Finance **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Description:** A pharmaceutical company is seeking a **Payroll and Treasury Analyst** with experience in payroll processing and operational support in treasury. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments, as well as proper handling of confidential information. **Key Responsibilities:** *Payroll (Primary Function):* * Collection, validation, and submission of payroll incidents. * Management of employee onboarding, offboarding, medical leaves, and severance settlements. * Validation of payroll data with external payroll provider. * Preparation and secure archiving of weekly payroll files. * Generation of bank payment layouts for payroll disbursement. * Tracking of payroll and severance payments. * Validation of deductions (e.g., advances, vouchers). * Support during internal payroll and IMSS audits. *Basic Treasury (Secondary Function):* * Scheduling of supplier and fixed expense payments. * Daily validation of bank transfers. * Submission of payment confirmations. * Preparation of payment reports. * Provision of supporting documentation for accounting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (intern or graduate). * 1.5–3 years of experience in payroll. * Basic experience in treasury and bank payments. * Knowledge of payroll processes and incident management. * Basic knowledge of IMSS regulations. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience using corporate online banking platforms. **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Handling of confidential information. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of **$15,000–$18,000 MXN**. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. * One Saturday off per month (paid). * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth.
