Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Administrator to join our Flowserve Business Services Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data across multiple ERP systems, supporting business processes, and contributing to high-quality financial operations. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and compliant master data in ERP systems Handle requests and inquiries within agreed SLAs Support master data governance, data quality, and audit activities Collaborate with business and IT partners to ensure data consistency and compliance control Produce periodic reports (KPIs, audit data, dashboards) Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues Participate in improvement initiatives, transitions, and projects Keep process documentation up to date and suggest improvements Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience in data validation, data migration. Economics, Finance, or secondary IT studies or ongoing/completed degree (economics advantage) Strong English skills; additional languages are an advantage; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Team-oriented approach, supportive mindset, and adaptability to change If you are passionate about data accuracy, process excellence, and working in a fast-paced international environment, we would love to hear from you!
