(Residence in this area is mandatory). **Work Mode:** On-site / Construction Project **Job Summary** We are looking for a highly organized Construction Project Administrator with a strong sense of responsibility to join our team in Querétaro. You will be the key person ensuring that resources (human and material) are managed transparently and efficiently while maintaining close communication with our staff. **What You Will Do With Us:** * **Personnel Management:** Monitoring incidents, attendance, and supervision of workers’ compliance with on-site safety regulations. * **Administrative Control:** Managing construction budgets, inventory control, minor purchases, and coordination with local suppliers. * **Reporting:** Preparing administrative progress reports for management. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all construction documentation complies with authorities’ and client’s requirements. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Residence:** Currently residing in **Querétaro** (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in construction project administration, civil works. * **Attitude:** A candidate with firm yet humane leadership, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving ability. * **Availability:** Flexible working hours according to project needs. * **Values:** High ethical standards and professional responsibility. **We Offer:** * **Competitive Salary:** $12,000 – $14,000 per month. * **Biweekly Payments:** Payroll punctuality guaranteed. * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, vacation time, year-end bonus, and vacation premium from day one. * **Stability:** Opportunity to grow within a leading company in the renewable energy sector.
