Job Summary: This role ensures the management of Purchase to Pay incidents by analyzing invoices and payments in SAP to guarantee timely service delivery and SLA compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages invoices and exceptions in SAP IM and maintains suspense accounts. 2. Processes payment status reports and handles inquiries effectively. 3. Develops relationships with stakeholders and provides frontline support. Objective: Ensure proper management and resolution of Purchase to Pay-related incidents through analysis, tracking, and control of invoices, payments, and suspense accounts in SAP, thereby guaranteeing timely service to suppliers and internal customers, as well as adherence to established service levels. Key Responsibilities: * Manage invoices and exceptions in SAP (SAP IM). * Maintain suspense accounts related to invoice-to-payment processing. * Process and deliver payment status reports to suppliers and aging reports for creditor suspense accounts. * Effectively handle inquiries and exceptions. * Develop and maintain successful working relationships with key customers (key stakeholders). * Provide effective frontline support and maintain consistent communication. * Identify high workloads and potential bottlenecks, and report them to the team leader to prevent SLA breaches. * Consistently adhere to HMEX, Global, and EXPINS guidelines, policies, and regulations, including those related to Taxes, Payments, and Purchase to Pay. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Graduate). * Proficient use of SAP and Excel. * Minimum English proficiency level: Intermediate. * Proactivity and excellent customer service orientation. * Experience in supplier management. * Ability to work under pressure. * Analytical ability.
