Job Summary: Inter Médica is seeking a Sales Representative to manage prospecting, acquisition, and retention of clients in the surgical technical assistance sector, offering products and services tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage prospecting and acquisition of new clients 2. Design customized product and service proposals 3. We are looking for your talent as: ***SALES REPRESENTATIVE*** **Requirements:** * Gender: Not specified * Education level: Not specified ***(healthcare-related field preferred)*** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role * CRM system proficiency **Responsibilities:** * Conduct prospecting and acquisition activities for new clients. * Identify client needs and design customized product and service proposals. * Provide commercial advisory services and ongoing support to existing clients by offering our products, services, and response times established under the company’s quality standards to ensure client retention. * Follow up on all purchasing processes between clients and hospital administrative departments. * Internally schedule purchases and track sales according to established channels until the offered service is completed. * Coordinate and conduct visits and product demonstrations for clients. * Actively participate in all events, trainings, and activities organized for clients. * Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products across the company’s various business lines. * Handle administrative tasks related to sales (CRM management, surgery scheduling and tracking, etc.) **We Offer:** * Base salary: $16,000\.00 net per month * Monthly bonus: $10,000\.00 (after probation period) * Statutory benefits * Commissions * Transportation and/or fuel allowance * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM **(including on-call duties, as required by clients)** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
