We are seeking an **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR**, based in QUERÉTARO, but responsible for operations in AGUASCALIENTES, ZAMORA, and ZACATECAS. Location: **Querétaro, Qro.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational activities within the assigned zone. * Maintain constant communication with operational and technical supervisors to ensure objective achievement. * Represent the company before worksites and Telmex personnel, maintaining positive labor and commercial relationships. * Make critical decisions for the daily operation of the areas under responsibility. * Evaluate staff performance and propose actions for continuous improvement. * Report progress, incidents, and results to the Operations Manager. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in operations coordination or supervision of technical personnel. * Experience in the telecommunications sector (mandatory). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Leadership and team coordination. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Operational planning and problem-solving. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Standard vehicle operation (valid driver’s license). **Compensation Package:** * Weekly salary. * All statutory benefits. * Additional life insurance (coverage for death). * Vehicle. * Fuel and vehicle maintenance. * Telephone line support. * Computer equipment. * Uniforms.
