Strategic collaboration with the commercial department A prestigious packaged food company located in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, offers an opportunity for a professional responsible for research and development of new products—from conception through market launch—overseeing the entire process, including initial proposals developed jointly with the commercial department, raw materials, costs, manufacturing protocols, feasibility analysis, and launch. We seek a Food Engineer, Chemist, or related professional with experience in the food industry, SAP proficiency, fluency in English, strong drive, self-management capability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates should preferably reside in the Bajío region and be willing to live in SMA. Employment stability and long-term career aspirations with the group are essential.
