As a Field Operator Assistant in our company, you will be responsible for promoting financial products and services, as well as managing collections and follow-ups. Your daily tasks will include visiting customers, delivering product presentations, and training customers on the proper use of financial services. This is a full-time position conducted in person at our offices located in Querétaro, QUE. ***Skills:*** * Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality customer service. * Experience in sales and skills to effectively promote and close deals. * Ability to train customers and marketing skills will be highly valued. * Additionally, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and results-oriented mindset will be appreciated. ***Requirements:*** * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: 18 to 50\. * Ability to drive standard vehicles. * Valid driver’s license. * Organized. * Proactive. * Enjoys traveling. ***Responsibilities:*** * Collecting application forms and disbursing loans. * Supporting the account holder. * Customer service. * Ability to work well in a team. * Strong verbal communication skills. ***We Offer:*** * Weekly salary of $3500\. * Training. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Free uniforms.
