Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager dedicated to managing administrative, development, talent attraction, and selection processes to ensure the proper operation of the department. Serve as an agent of organizational culture We seek a Human Resources Manager passionate about people, with skills to manage administrative, development, talent attraction, and selection processes. Work Location: Querétaro Centro\-Campestre (Antea, Campanario, Juriquilla, Campestre) Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the Human Resources department for Restaurants and New Openings, providing support to employees and leaders, and ensuring compliance with labor policies and regulations. * Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for employees across all group units. * Design and monitor turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill, and workplace climate indicators. * Supervise proper contract administration, personnel files, and compliance with labor and social security obligations. * Implement training programs, competency development initiatives, and career path plans for group talent. * Design and implement retention, well-being, and recognition strategies aligned with organizational culture. * Manage labor relations, handle complaints, mediations, and disciplinary processes in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Coordinate payroll processing, salary scale reviews, and management of statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Serve as an agent of organizational culture, promoting group values and standards across all units. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, including at least 2 years in leadership positions. * Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operational service industries. * Excellent communication skills and internal customer service orientation.
