ACTIVITIES: Search, evaluation and follow-up of supplier proposals for the following systems: Hard Services (HVAC, electrical, DTI/PCI, hydro-sanitary, control and automation, vertical transportation, PTAR, industrial kitchen equipment, potable water supply). Soft Services (cleaning, gardening, fumigation, confidential paper destruction, property maintenance). Preparation, execution and presentation of commercial exercises (RFIs, RFQs or RFPs). Understand and achieve 100% of the savings objectives according to the contract or project of your assigned account. Achieve \>95% compliance in Contracts and COIs. In case there is no Contract Analyst, responsible for preparation, management and negotiation of contracts, together with COI compliance. Evaluation of strategic suppliers together with the account team (Scorecards). Obtain assigned annual No Liability Letters. * Work jointly with the operations area to address conflicts, opportunities, negotiations, among others, both with suppliers and end clients, maintaining follow-up in the corresponding sourcing tracker. Support in responding to any internal or external audit regarding area procedures.
