




**General Objective:** Efficiently perform medication dispensing, control of medications and supplies in accordance with applicable regulations to ensure timely patient care and patient safety. **Job Responsibilities:** * Dispensing and distribution of medications and supplies to various medical department services * Recording invoices for medications and medical devices * Inventory control and storage of medications * Classifying and organizing medications and other health supplies according to established procedures * Reviewing and recording expiration dates of medications nearing expiry and reporting to the Sanitary Officer * Returning medications to suppliers due to poor condition, short expiration dates, or costs differing from the purchase order * Promptly dispensing and attending to nursing service requests * Knowledge of active ingredients and brand names of medications * Classifying, organizing, and maintaining up-to-date stock of the Essential Medicines List and supplies in compliance with regulations * Monitoring and recording refrigerator temperatures, humidity, and ambient conditions according to established medication storage standards for proper preservation * Shift handover: delivery and receipt, verifying all pending items in detail * Keeping shelves, refrigerators, and the general area organized and clean * Preparing daily medication purchase reports * Attending training courses as determined by the hospital * Actively participating in emergency codes, Facility Safety System brigades, and scheduled drills * Performing all functions inherent to the scope of this position * • Procuring extraordinary purchases of medications and supplies missing in the pharmacy * Meeting the pharmacy’s operational needs during one’s shift * Providing medication supply services to all hospital departments **Education:** ACADEMIC LEVEL: Upper secondary education; FIELD(S) OF STUDY: High school diploma, incomplete health-related degree program / intern **Experience:** EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of professional experience **Schedule:** — **Travel Required:** — **We Offer:** **Hospital:** **H+ Queretaro** CONTACT **Email:** brenda.ibarra@hospitalesmac.com **Phone:** Post Apply
