Development of the annual operational excellence walkthrough schedule **About DHL** ----------------- DHL is a global leader in supply chain solutions, present in over 60 countries, and seeks individuals who meet the required standards of quality, safety, and commitment to achieve its objectives. **Job Description** -------------------------- The incumbent must verify and enforce the quality management system for assigned accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, such as NOM-241, "Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices," Supplement for establishments engaged in the sale and supply of pharmaceuticals and other health-related supplies, as well as based on NOM 13485, all to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. **Requirements** -------------- Engineering and/or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemistry Flexible working hours Intermediate English language proficiency Accountability Proactivity Information management Position located in León, Guanajuato **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop and schedule the annual operational excellence walkthrough calendar * Participate in the creation and development of the training matrix for operational staff * Train operational, administrative, and newly hired staff according to the training matrix * Implement the annual calibration program for temperature-monitoring sensors across relevant departments * Download monthly temperature and humidity reports from various platforms per the current procedure, submit them for signatures by the respective Health Authorities, and securely archive them.
