




Activities: \* Answer telephone calls and receive visitors at reception, appropriately directing them. \* Support the director in personal and professional administrative tasks, including scheduling, minor purchases, and errands. \* Prepare the meeting room for meetings (basic cleaning, placement of materials, equipment, and refreshments if applicable). \* Enter referral notes, invoices, or other documents into internal systems. \* Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, supply management, and courier coordination. \* Follow up on pending tasks assigned by the director or area supervisors. Position Objective: Provide administrative and operational support to the director and work team, ensuring the smooth functioning of reception activities, personal assistance, preparation of workspaces, document management, and information entry, thereby contributing to the efficiency and organization of the administrative area.
