Compliance with industrial safety standards **Purpose of the Position** Support the analysis, modification, and maintenance of parts and machinery through reverse engineering processes, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every project. **Main Responsibilities** * Reading and interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings. * Operation of machine tools for cutting, polishing, and roughing of parts. * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on general machinery. * Support in reverse engineering projects to replicate or improve components. * Technical documentation of processes and results. * Compliance with industrial safety standards and good manufacturing practices. **Requirements** **Job Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Secondary school or General High School (Upper secondary education). * **Experience:** At least 2 years in fields related to maintenance, welding, or machinery operation. * **Age:** Between 20 and 40 years old. * **Desirable Knowledge:** * + Familiarity with cutting and welding processes + Drawing interpretation * **Availability:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM **Key Competencies** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Manual and technical skill in using tools and machinery. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment to occupational safety. * Adaptability to industrial environments and multidisciplinary projects. **Benefits** Salary: $15,000 gross monthly Biweekly payment IMSS Christmas bonus: 30 days Vacation (LFT): 12 days in the first year Vacation bonus: 25% Gasoline vouchers Grocery vouchers Life insurance and major medical expense insurance
