Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive technician to operate, maintain, and manage a Digital Manufacturing Laboratory, delivering services and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of 3D printers, laser cutters, and DTF equipment 2. File preparation for printing/cutting and customer service 3. Delivery of technical training and process documentation Job Description We are establishing a **Digital Manufacturing Laboratory** equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including **3D printers, laser cutters, and DTF printing equipment**. We seek a **technical, organized, and proactive individual**, responsible for **operating, maintaining, and managing the laboratory**, contributing to its growth and autonomous operation. The laboratory will provide services to the public, develop customized projects, and deliver technical training. Responsibilities * Operation of 3D printers (calibration, slicers, troubleshooting) * Operation of laser cutters and engravers (power and speed configuration) * Handling and operation of DTF and DTF UV equipment * Basic preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment * File preparation for printing/cutting (Illustrator, Corel, slicers, RIP) * Customer service and project follow-up * Delivery of technical training * Process and protocol documentation Essential Requirements: * Basic proficiency in design software (Illustrator, CorelDRAW or similar) * Basic technical knowledge of maintenance * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Desirable: * Experience in 3D printing * Experience in laser cutting * Experience in DTF or textile printing * Experience with digital manufacturing machinery * Technical or engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Design or related field) Skills: * Technical problem-solving * Organization and discipline * Service-oriented attitude * Interest in technology * Strong verbal communication skills Schedule: Monday to Saturday Work Mode: On-site (Querétaro) Position Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $9,600.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
