We are looking for a Junior Accounting Analyst (RTR Jr – FSSC Americas) to support the Record\-to\-Report (RTR) process for the Americas region. You will gain exposure to global standards, internal controls, and best practices within a centralized financial services model (FSSC). What you will do: * Record accounting entries such as accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. * Support the monthly close process in line with established timelines and corporate guidelines. * Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, analyze differences, and ensure proper balance integration. * Follow up on intercompany transactions, verifying proper accounting application. * Maintain organized accounting documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and collaborating with Controllers and the Finance team to achieve accurate closings.
