As a **Finance Manager** here at Honeywell, you will be in a key position responsible for leading a team of business analysts and planners to drive strategic planning and analysis initiatives. You will report directly to our **Director of Finance** and you’ll work out of our **Juarez, Chihuahua** location on a **On\-Site** work schedule. In this role, you will impact our ability to make informed financial decisions, optimize resources, and drive sustainable growth. By effectively managing budgets, ensuring financial compliance, and providing strategic insights, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial future of our organization. * Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial statement forecasts, create and maintain financial dashboards, and perform financial analysis to support decision\-making. * Reporting and Analysis: Provide critical insights, serve as a financial advisor to finance leaders, and establish and maintain data integrity. * Execute ISC Finance objectives, drive results, hold others accountable to their commitments, and maintain an operational excellence culture * Prepare monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and actionable insights for senior leadership. * Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls. * Lead a team of business analysts and planners to drive strategic planning and analysis initiatives. * Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth. * Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop and execute business plans. * Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement. **YOU MUST HAVE** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis and planning. * English proficient * Experience within the manufacturing industry. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance. * Exceptional leadership and team management skills. **WE VALUE** * SAP FICO knowledge * Strong leadership and decision\-making abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment. * Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
