Your primary objective will be preserving the integrity and lives of our employees. * **Managing Wellness from the Point of Entry:** You will conduct thorough medical exams for new employees, establishing the foundation for personalized and appropriate medical care from day one. * **Maintaining Excellence and Confidentiality:** You will keep impeccable records of every medical and health intervention, whether preventive or emergency, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality of employee information. * **Collaborating Strategically:** You will work closely with leaders, managers, and the Human Resources team, effectively communicating employee health status and suggesting job adjustments or restrictions when necessary, always aiming to minimize potential harm. ### **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * **Medical Professional:** Bachelor's degree in Medicine with professional title and license (mandatory). * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience as an occupational health doctor, preferably in manufacturing environments. * **Expert Knowledge:** Proficiency in general medicine, occupational medicine, epidemiology, and biostatistics. * **Diagnostic and Preventive Skills:** Experience interpreting audiometry and spirometry tests, and solid knowledge of CPR. * **Holistic Safety and Health Vision:** Familiarity with ergonomics, labor legislation, and occupational health regulatory frameworks. * **Technological Affinity:** Ability to use technological tools and health management systems to optimize processes. * **Valued Advantages:** + Intermediate English (desirable, for smoother interaction with our teams). + Certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and AHLS. + Certification as an Audiometric Conservationist (CAOHC). + Certification in NIOSH or ATS Spirometry.
