Your impact will be key to:** * **Protecting and Enhancing the Health of Our People:** You will be the medical expert who evaluates, diagnoses, and treats work-related conditions and injuries, ensuring the physical fitness of our employees and designing wellness programs that promote a healthy lifestyle. * **Lead Preventive Wellness Strategies:** With your knowledge in occupational medicine, epidemiology, and biostatistics, you will implement preventive health programs and campaigns. Your focus will be on risk reduction and promoting healthy habits, supported by a high-performing team of nurses and paramedics. * **Ensure a Safe and Reliable Work Environment:** You will guarantee compliance with our procedures, corporate standards, and current legal regulations regarding health, safety, and hygiene. You will conduct constant audits to maintain maximum efficiency and prevent any risks. * **Act as a Pillar in Critical Situations:** You will apply your knowledge of life support and first aid, develop clear guidelines and manuals, and maintain an updated database of external medical resources to respond effectively in emergencies or accidents. Your primary goal will be to preserve the integrity and lives of our employees. * **Manage Wellness from the Point of Entry:** You will conduct thorough medical exams for our new employees, establishing the foundation for personalized and appropriate medical care from day one. * **Maintain Excellence and Confidentiality:** You will keep impeccable records of every medical and health intervention, whether preventive or emergency, ensuring the highest confidentiality of employee information. * **Collaborate Strategically:** You will work hand-in-hand with leaders, managers, and the Human Resources team, effectively communicating the health status of employees and suggesting job adjustments or restrictions when necessary, always aiming to minimize potential harm. ### **What profile are we looking for?** * **Medical Professional:** Bachelor's degree in Medicine with professional title and license (mandatory). * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience as an occupational health physician, preferably in manufacturing environments. * **Expert Knowledge:** Proficiency in general medicine, occupational medicine, epidemiology, and biostatistics. * **Diagnostic and Preventive Skills:** Experience interpreting audiometry and spirometry tests, and solid knowledge of CPR. * **Holistic View of Safety and Health:** Familiarity with ergonomics, labor legislation, and the regulatory framework of occupational health. * **Technological Affinity:** Ability to use technological tools and health management systems to optimize processes. * **Valued Advantages:** + Intermediate English (desirable, for smoother interaction with our teams). + Certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and AHLS. + Certification as an Audiometric Conservationist (CAOHC). + Certification in NIOSH or ATS Spirometry.
