**Distributor GUNA is looking for:** Presale Supervisor, (Available Zone, Querétaro) **✅ REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum education: completed high school diploma. 1 year of field supervision experience, preferably in direct distribution within the retail sales channel. Understanding of store operations Application of commercial strategies **VALID TYPE D LICENSE / STATE B DRIVING LICENSE** **✅ RESPONSIBILITIES:** Master and understand KPIs focused on achieving the service package Conduct coaching sessions to communicate daily sales criteria (quotas, product mix, priority products for sale, area objectives compliance, among others) Provide feedback and generate actions with team members regarding their status and performance against quota Generate reports based on results provided by the presale system Plan route assignments for each promoter according to the business model and company policies and procedures Ensure each team member's territory is properly mapped in the mobile system, and physically only if any issue arises Identify the segments of each route to be operated each day of the week Supervise that team members have all necessary work tools before heading out on their routes (reminder forms, fully charged and synchronized cellphones, mined territory map, catalog) Monitor timing and movements of assigned promoters via the mobile system to ensure efficiency model compliance (visit effectiveness, presale effectiveness) Accompany routes to improve sales, prioritizing underperforming ones, and take action based on promoter performance Ensure compliance with commercial policies and criteria during routes (promotions and pricing) Control trade marketing resources provided to points of sale, ensuring adherence to established criteria and policies Accompany newly hired promoters or those assigned new routes to train them and conduct route walkthroughs Coordinate and plan daily operations to improve efficiency across the three operational processes Coordinate with the Delivery Supervisor the receipt of order tickets for product distribution and delivery Ensure delivery of product distribution lists (airplanes) to the Warehouse Data Entry Clerk Guarantee daily sales closing compliance and report results to immediate supervisor Generate the list of products (tickets and airplanes) for next-day picking and delivery Ensure delivery of the product list (tickets and airplanes) to the warehouse and distribution department **✅ WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?:** Statutory benefits based on gross monthly salary of $18,000 + $2,000 monthly performance bonus according to sales results and goal achievement. **Work location:** Querétaro **Additional benefits beyond legal requirements:** Savings fund and profit sharing. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am until route completion.
