Sales metrics and target management We are seeking your talent as a Sales Manager and/or Floor Manager at Car4U \| Querétaro. **CGE Automotive Group (Multi-brand) \- C4U Pre-owned Vehicles** Location:** Santiago de Querétaro **Schedule:** Full-time **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Job Objective:** To lead, coordinate, and supervise the branch’s sales team, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, proper sales floor operations, and an excellent customer experience. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the sales force to achieve sales objectives. * Monitor commercial indicators, goals, and KPIs. * Prepare executive sales reports for control and decision-making. * Support recruitment efforts for zone staff. * Assist in motivating, training, and evaluating the commercial team’s performance. * Supervise the proper completion of files for sold units. * Support accessory and parts sales. * Assume responsibility for the sales management of the assigned branch or zone. * On-site work at the branch. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in **sales and/or commercial team management**. * Experience meeting objectives and managing KPIs. * Leadership, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. * Flexible availability. * Passion for sales and customer interaction. * Automotive industry experience preferred (not mandatory). ### **We Offer** **Attractive Compensation** * Guaranteed salary of 25,000 MXN gross \+ uncapped commissions. * Bonuses for achieving objectives. * Commission structure. * Commissions on vehicle, accessory, and parts sales. **Benefits** * Statutory benefits. * Social security (IMSS). * Life insurance. * Direct employment with the company. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (2-hour lunch break). * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you wish to grow within a **solid and expanding automotive group**, apply through this channel or send your updated CV.
