Ensure compliance with service and quality standards We are seeking a BRANCH MANAGER to support the restaurant’s overall operations, supervising and leading staff to ensure the branch operates correctly on a daily basis. Responsibilities include organizing and managing team schedules, reviewing and managing inventory, implementing measures to reduce shrinkage, participating in staff training and recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards. Additionally, the role requires executing and monitoring branch operational and administrative processes, ensuring achievement of operational and sales KPIs (average ticket, shrinkage, productivity, and staff turnover), driving strategies to increase average ticket, optimizing resources, resolving operational and administrative issues, and enhancing customer experience—contributing to the restaurant’s growth and profitability.
