Job Summary: Monitoring and scheduling of routes, incident management, and application of punctuality protocols. Key Highlights: 1. GPS and camera monitoring for routes 2. Incident and delay management 3. Preventive monitoring and receipt of alerts * Daily route scheduling (regular and TE). * GPS monitoring (departure / arrival) / Cameras. * Classification of delays (penalizable / exempt). * Evidence of punctuality (logs, reports). * Application of conventional penalty. * Immediate incident registration. * Preventive monitoring (roadblocks, emergencies). * Receipt of initial alert.
