REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed high school or technical degree (preferably Bachelor's in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field). * Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Manager or Supervisor. * Proficiency with inventory systems and Office software (Intermediate/Advanced Excel). * Knowledge in logistics, inventory control, and personnel management. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Forklift operation experience desirable (not mandatory). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Personnel management (attendance, interviews, training). * Monitoring productivity and KPI achievement. * Proposing continuous improvement initiatives in operations and work environment. * Dual reporting: to Corporate Submanagement and Operations Management.
