MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Personnel management (attendance, interviews, training). \- Monitoring productivity and KPI compliance. \- Proposals for continuous improvement in operations and work environment. \- Dual reporting: to Corporate Submanagement and Operations Supervision. REQUIREMENTS \- Education: Completed high school or technical degree (preferably Bachelor's in \- Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field). \- Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. \- Proficiency with inventory systems and Office software (intermediate/advanced Excel). \- Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and personnel management. \- Excellent problem-solving skills. \- Forklift operation desirable (not mandatory).
