Position Summary: Supervises and manages asset protection security personnel, controlling access, preventing incidents, and providing assistance during emergencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage personnel and ensure compliance with security protocols. 2. Operate CCTV systems and handle emergency situations. 3. Prevent thefts and safeguard property integrity. Shift Supervisor – Asset Protection Security What You’ll Do: * Assign specific roles and tasks to security personnel. * Maintain strict control over external individuals’ access to the facility. * Prevent theft, vandalism, and violations of private property. * Report all incidents occurring during the shift. * Provide immediate assistance in case of emergencies and issue instructions to direct reports. * Implement and manage compliance with OEA and C\-TPAT guidelines. **Requirements:** * Supervise assigned personnel. * Minimum education: Completed high school or equivalent. * Knowledge of OEA and C\-TPAT protocols. * Familiarity with and ability to operate CCTV systems. * Ability to handle emergency situations. * Capacity to assess various situations and identify potential threats. **What We Offer:** * Attractive compensation package. * Recognition awards, corporate events, family events, university discount options, and many other benefits. * Gender pay equity.
