




Job Summary: An Industrial Engineer is sought to coordinate production processes, train personnel, supervise operations, and propose improvements in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machine startup coordination and process adjustments. 2. Production personnel supervision and management. 3. Proposal and implementation of improvements in production processes. **EDUCATION:** Industrial Engineering or related field **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate machine startup and process adjustments collaboratively. * Train newly hired personnel. * Supervise personnel operations during the production process. * Prepare daily production reports. * Calculate production metrics and report to the Production Manager. * Coordinate material replenishment and scrap handling. * Propose and implement improvements in production processes and areas. * Verify product and color changes with assigned personnel. * Manage personnel (leave requests, absences, overtime, etc.) jointly with the Production Manager. * Verify implementation and improvement of the company’s quality management system / FSSC 22000; attend all scheduled company training activities (meetings, drills). **EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS:** Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing companies (plastics), personnel management, food safety, planning, and problem-solving.
