Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with excellent communication skills to monitor units and manage on-route events, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time monitoring and tracking of units 2. Management of communication and resolution of on-route incidents 3. Promotion of proactivity and leadership within the team **Responsibilities/Activities** 1\.\-Be informed of a unit's departure (in accordance with procedures for each client) 2\.\-Update the tracking log in color (GREEN). 3\.\-Hand over and receive shift duties. 4\.\-Report any anomalies to the immediate supervisor. 5\.\-Be informed of on-route events. 6\.\-Maintain contact with the operator or transportation carrier. 7\.\-Handle critical calls from operators. 8\.\-Define geofences and routes. 9\.\-Send location reports to clients at the scheduled time, reporting possible anomalies. 10\.\-Verify the position of each assigned unit using a mirror account. * \*The timestamp of the position must be recent, consistent with the GPS system's polling frequency. * \*The unit must be on route (NOT deviated) * \*Verify origin and destination, and validate against the current position * The unit is not stationary (neither in normal nor high-risk zones) Our benefits comply with legal requirements and exceed them, including food and fuel vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonuses, and meal service.
