Maintenance Supervisor Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in industrial or facility maintenance; at least 2 years in a supervisory or technical team leadership role. Knowledge: Experience handling equipment, machinery, and critical systems. Essential Experience: * Experience handling equipment, machinery, and critical systems. * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical drawings, and diagrams. * Industrial safety and hygiene standards. * Spare parts, tool, and budget control. * Fault diagnosis and root cause analysis. Responsibilities: * Schedule and execute maintenance plans. * Verify compliance with safety standards. * Ensure operational availability of equipment and facilities. * Prepare technical and administrative reports. * Coordinate with production and other departments. * Manage external suppliers and contractors.
