




Human Resources Supervisor - Payroll Experience **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate **recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding** processes. * Prepare and **manage payroll**, incidents, registrations, and cancellations with IMSS. * Develop and implement **HR policies and procedures**. * Payroll tax payments - SUA - IDSE - INFONAVIT - FONACOT * Manage **employee relations** and handle internal conflicts. * Coordinate **training, development, and performance evaluation** programs. * Promote strategies for **employee motivation, organizational climate, and culture**. * Ensure compliance with current **labor legislation** and internal regulations. * Prepare HR management reports and indicators for leadership. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.** * Minimum of **3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.** * Solid knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and payroll.** * Advanced **Excel skills** and experience with personnel management systems. * Strong **leadership, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills.** **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits * Professional growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
