




**Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation, review, and processing of payroll (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Management of incidents, variables, absences, overtime, and salary integration. * Handling of registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS and related platforms. * Ensure compliance with labor and tax obligations. * Administration of contracts, personnel files, and documentation. * Coordination of recruitment, selection, and onboarding. * Supervision of work environment, internal communication, and labor relations. * Follow-up on internal and external audits. * Implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in payroll processes and labor legislation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). * Experience with payroll systems (specify if you have any preference). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. **Competencies:** * Professional confidentiality and ethics. * Attention to detail. * Results-oriented. * Teamwork. * Decision-making.
