Collaborative and professional work environment **Universidad Cuauhtémoc Plantel Querétaro** Constituyentes Campus **Universidad Cuauhtémoc Plantel Querétaro** invites you to join its team as the **Administrative Assistant – Maintenance Department**, a key position responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling the department’s operational activities, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of facilities. **Position Information** * Working days: Monday to Saturday * Work location: Constituyentes * **General Responsibilities** * ️ Administrative management of maintenance tickets and assignment to operational staff. * Scheduling of trips and tracking of operator departures. **Main Activities** * Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs. * + ️ Coordinate overtime with the Maintenance Manager and Director. * Follow up on special requirements (suppliers, quotations, external services). * ️ Support the development of maintenance plans (equipment, water pumps, air compressors, etc.). * Prepare weekly activity reports for the department. * Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager. **Required Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. **Required Knowledge** * Administration and control of operational processes * ️ Basic knowledge of general maintenance and infrastructure * Report management and administrative follow-up * Interaction with suppliers and service control * Proficiency in digital tools and internal systems **Work Experience** * Prior experience in maintenance team administration or with contracting companies is preferred. **We Offer** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Direct employment with the institution * Collaborative and professional work environment * Opportunity for professional development and growth * Integration into a recognized and prestigious educational institution **Join the team that ensures optimal operation of our facilities** * Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of spaces where future professionals are trained. **Apply through this channel and become part of our selection process.**
