Manage the distributor's material resources and sales force through planning, execution, and monitoring of both brand-specific and distributor/management-specific commercial strategies to achieve the profitability and sales targets set by the plant and distributor, while ensuring excellent service to both internal and external customers in order to increase market share, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
