




Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates receiving, daily routes, dispatching, and customer service, ensuring proper operations and handling of merchandise. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of routes and daily deliveries 2. Counter service and customer interaction 3. Logistics supervision and inventory management DESCRIPTION Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm (including one-hour meal break); Saturdays, 8:30 am–2:00 pm. Sunday off. Purpose * Conduct shift-change handover. * Receive the circuit team and ensure proper operations. * Accurately and efficiently plan daily routes and deliveries, and monitor their execution. * Dispatch local drivers for delivery runs. * Ensure proper care and handling of merchandise. * Supervise correct loading of each driver’s cargo boxes onto their vehicle. * Monitor and supervise the daily routes of all drivers. * Execute appropriate procedures and generate reports for any unreported missing or damaged boxes. * Provide counter service, handle documentation, and interact with customers.
