General Manager of Construction Company We are looking for a General Manager of Construction Company to lead the creation, structuring, and comprehensive operation of a newly established construction company focused on residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Planning, execution, and closure of construction projects (vertical and/or horizontal). Cost, budget, and unit price control. Project-level margin management. Negotiation and management of suppliers and subcontractors. Leadership and on-site team development. Implementation of processes, controls, and organizational structure. Monitoring of quality, timelines, and operational flow. Executive reporting and strategic decision-making. Required Profile: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (Civil Engineering preferred). 8–15 years of construction experience, with strong field presence. Experience in residential construction, cost control, and budgeting. Strong leadership, professional ethics, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to build operations and processes from scratch. Proficiency in Excel and industry-specific tools (OPUS, AutoCAD, etc.). We Offer: Base salary: $50,000 MXN per month Statutory benefits. Work tools.
