The role involves technical analysis, supervision visits, verification of repayment sources, and preparation of assessments supporting decision-making for loan recovery and credit operations. **Responsibilities** * Conduct pre-loan supervision and issue technical assessments. * Verify proper use of granted funds and evaluate primary repayment sources. * Issue reports and assessments regarding loan recovery. * Follow up on supervision findings with relevant departments. * Attend funders' requested supervision activities. * Review and validate borrower and project information. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. * Experience in credit supervision, project evaluation, and borrower follow-up. * Knowledge of FIRA regulations and development banking guidelines (desirable). * Proficiency in report preparation, data analysis, and database management. * Availability for supervision visits. * Desirable: FIRA certification and familiarity with the Bajío and Querétaro regions. **Skills** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Effective communication (oral and written). * Results-oriented. * Decision-making. * Teamwork. * Organization and information management. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
