The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehousing and distribution activities within our company. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the picking process to ensure efficient and timely product delivery. * Manage and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring optimal accuracy and organization. * Handle delivery routes and ensure adherence to established delivery deadlines. * Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring excellent customer service and optimal team performance. * Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to track orders, inventory, and other key metrics. * Implement and maintain quality and safety standards in the warehouse. Job Requirements: * Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role. * Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct teams. * Knowledge of warehousing techniques and inventory management. * Familiarity with the SAP system and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data and metric tracking. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal staff. * Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
