Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily branch operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, achievement of sales targets, and business profitability. Implement commercial strategies, lead the workforce, manage suppliers, and ensure proper administrative functioning. ***Candidate Profile:*** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership positions, directly managing at least 10 commercial staff. * Experience in services sales. * Experience working with commercial performance indicators. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience using CRM and internal management tools. * Ability to effectively solve problems under pressure. * Fast-paced work environment and high dynamism. * Performance indicator management. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Lead and oversee operational and administrative aspects of the Branch. * Weekly reporting on achievement of established targets. * Tracking of vacations and/or special leave, in accordance with organizational policies. * Handling of customer incidents. * Ensuring high standards of customer service quality. * Preparing sales, productivity, and performance reports. * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). * Managing branch resources. * Conflict resolution. ***Competencies:*** * Leadership and teamwork. * Customer service. * Assertive communication. * Results orientation. * Stress tolerance. * Emotional intelligence. * Responsibility and commitment. ***Compensation Structure:*** * Base salary of $20,800 gross monthly. * Uncapped commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Emotional salary. * Discounts and/or free services on company products. * Paid training and professional development.
