Opportunity to develop leadership and management skills Ensure proper operation of assigned branches by maintaining compliance with operational, commercial, and customer service standards, as well as achieving sales, profitability, and quality targets. * Supervise daily operations of assigned branches. * Verify compliance with internal processes, policies, and procedures. * Ensure correct store opening and closing. * Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
