Manage and operate the store profitably in accordance with the company's objectives. 2. Ensure in-store security processes. 3. Ensure employee excellence. * Manage and achieve profitable store operations in line with Tiendas 3 B's objectives, culture, and procedures. * Ensure and implement in-store security measures. * Take necessary actions to ensure employee excellence. * Collaborate with District GTEs and Zone GTEs to achieve the company's overall objectives.
