




**Planning and Control** * Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Monitor achievement of objectives and KPIs. * Prepare sales reports, progress updates, and results summaries. * Analyze metrics to propose improvements. **Team Supervision** * Coordinate and supervise sales staff. * Assign routes, territories, shifts, or customer portfolios. * Motivate the team and foster a positive work environment. * Identify training needs and reinforce skills. **Training and Support** * Train staff on products, promotions, and sales techniques. * Accompany the team on the sales floor or in the field for feedback. * Resolve operational and commercial queries. **Operations and Execution** * Verify proper product display. * Supervise inventory levels, pricing, and promotions. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Coordinate store openings, closings, and sales cutoffs. **Customer Service** * Handle and resolve customer complaints or special situations. * Ensure an appropriate shopping experience. * Follow up with key customers or special accounts.
