Implementation of controls to ensure inventory integrity **Job Description:** Purpose of the Role Responsible for inventory management, control, and optimization across warehouses distributed within the DTS structure. The primary function is to ensure inventory accuracy, availability, and appropriate turnover to guarantee efficient end-customer supply while minimizing losses and optimizing costs. What Are We Looking For? **1\. Education and Professional Skills:** * Industrial Engineering or Logistics. * Intermediate English. **2\. Knowledge / Skills:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory management. * Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, BI, etc.). * Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, generate clear and actionable reports. * Willingness to travel occasionally to warehouses. What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities? * Manage and supervise inventory across warehouses under the DTS structure, ensuring correct receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of products. * Conduct periodic inventory analyses to identify discrepancies, obsolescence, and opportunities to improve product turnover. * Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure inventory record integrity and accuracy; validate and approve system movements (transfers, adjustments, purges). * Submit shrinkage, damage, origin discrepancy, and theft requests in W03; monitor and track virtual shrinkage and theft warehouses. * Monitor cyclic and period-end inventories; execute inventory adjustments; perform inventory difference analysis and calculations for billing 3PLs. * Support warehouse managers and CEDIS administrators on ERP system issues; must be familiar with various reports for inventory movement control and traceability. * Generate period-end closing reports for Accounting, Finance, and Sales; reconcile sales/invoicing records.
