




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for B2B prospecting, business development, market research, and customer relationship management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in B2B prospecting and sales. 2. Business development and consultative sales. 3. Establishing relationships with decision-makers. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B prospecting or sales. * Experience in business development, consultative sales and/or the logistics sector (preferred). * Valid Class A driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect potential customers through various channels including LinkedIn, databases, trade fairs, cold calls, and other strategic means. * Research target companies to identify needs and commercial opportunities. * Contact, qualify, and follow up on generated leads. * Record, manage, and update prospect and opportunity information in the CRM. * Conduct field visits as needed to strengthen prospecting efforts. * Analyze the market and competition to identify strategic opportunities. * Establish initial relationships with decision-makers. * Report progress and prospecting metrics (e.g., leads generated, qualified opportunities, scheduled meetings, etc.). **We Offer** * Bonuses for achieving objectives. * Statutory benefits. * Paid birthday leave. * Meal subsidy. * Transportation routes: Pie de la Cuesta, Geoplazas, Cerrito Colorado, Peñaflor, Antea, Paseos del Pedregal, and La Pradera.
